Warranties

We stand by our furniture with a 3-year warranty, excluding products with motors, such as recliners and reclining sofas. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the delivery date. If you experience any issues, please contact our team. We will arrange replacement parts, or, if necessary, a full replacement.

What is covered under this limited warranty?

This limited warranty applies to residential use only and covers defects in material and workmanship in frames and seat and back cushions when used with the intended frames.

What is not covered under this limited warranty?

  • This limited warranty does not apply to products sold at a discount due to quality issues.
  • This limited warranty does not apply to products that have been stored, assembled or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products.
  • This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents.
  • This limited warranty does not apply if the product has been placed outdoors or in a humid environment.
  • This limited warranty does not cover consequential or incidental damage.

How to Schedule Service?

Please call us or send an email to info@louanntatami.com with the photos or videos of the product and your order information, it will improve our ability to quickly and correctly identify the issue and resolve it for you.
Good to know:
Our warranties start on the day of purchase. When making a claim you will need the original receipt as proof of purchase.
