Order Processing Time

How will my delivery be shipped?

Tracking
- You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.

Delivery Time Exceeded
- If your order is delayed, please contact us via email info@lotata.com, we will check the situation with the transportation company in time. Thanks for your understanding and support.
Order Cancellations
- If your payment is completed and the parcel has not been shipped out, you can contact us promptly. We can help you cancel the order and provide a full refund.
- Orders cannot be canceled once the parcel has been shipped out.
